To compare the clinical evolution in patients with refractory functional constipation undergoing different therapeutic regimens: oral laxatives and antegrade enemas via appendicostomy or treatment rectal enemas. Analysis of a series 28 mean age 7.9 years (2.4–11), followed‐up tertiary outpatient clinic.
