The recent measurement of ${R}_{{K}^{*}}$ is yet another hint new physics (NP) and supports the idea that it present in $b\ensuremath{\rightarrow}s{\ensuremath{\mu}}^{+}{\ensuremath{\mu}}^{\ensuremath{-}}$ decays. We perform a combined model-independent model-dependent analysis order to deduce properties this NP. Like others, we find NP must obey one two scenarios: (I) ${C}_{9}^{\ensuremath{\mu}\ensuremath{\mu}}(\mathrm{NP})<0$ or (II)...

At present, there are several measurements of $B$ decays that exhibit discrepancies with the predictions SM, and suggest presence new physics (NP) in $b \to s \mu^+ \mu^-$ transitions. Many NP models have been proposed as explanations. These involve tree-level exchange a leptoquark (LQ) or flavor-changing $Z'$ boson.
