Renal aspergillosis is a fungal infection caused by Aspergillus , which develops in immunocompromised patients. We report the case of patient with acquired immunodeficiency syndrome (AIDS), who developed renal aspergillosis. He underwent abdominal tomography (computerized tomography) showed an abscess his left kidney. A nephrectomy was performed, and pathology revealed conidia.

Rabies in pregnancy is rare with a high mortality. We report pregnant woman who developed urban rabies from the bite of an infected dog.
