Crystal structure and magnetic properties of K2AgF4, related to recently studied Cs2AgF4, have been scrutinized. It crystallizes orthorhombic (Cmca No.64) with a = 6.182(3) Å, b 12.632(5) c 6.436(3) Å (Z 4, V 502.6(7) Å3). Abstract InN crystals of size up to 50 μm were synthesized using a microwave plasma source nitrogen. The powder wurtzite-type structure obtained was characterized by X-ray diffraction. Reaction between [Ni(cyclam)](2+) and [W(CN)(8)](4-) leads to the formation of a 3D diamond-like network [Ni(cyclam)](2)[W(CN)(8)]·3.5H(2)O (1). A new family of organic–inorganic hybrid layered materials based on cadmium and zinc sulfates was synthesized using 1,2-phenylenediamine (OPD), 1,3-phenylenediamine (MPD), 1,4-phenylenediamine (PPD) as organic templates ligands. The diamines act structure-directing agents to obtain one-dimensional (1D), 2D, 3D frameworks.
