There are now over 500 medical artificial intelligence (AI) devices that approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. However, little is known about where how often these actually used after regulatory approval. In this article, we systematically quantify adoption usage of AI in United States tracking Current Procedural Terminology (CPT) codes explicitly created for AI. CPT widely documenting billing payment procedures, providing a measure device utilization across different clinical...

Spontaneous tumors in canines share significant genetic and histological similarities with human tumors, positioning them as valuable models to guide drug development. However, current translational studies have limited real world evidence cancer outcomes are dispersed across veterinary clinics genomic tests rarely performed on dogs. In this study, we aim expand the value of canine by systematically characterizing mutations their response targeted treatments. total, collect analyze survival...

Splenic hemangiosarcoma (HSA) is a common canine tumor with histology and genetics analogous to human angiosarcoma (AS), rare aggressive malignancy arising from vascular cells. To assess biomarkers inform therapeutics options, spontaneously HSAs were systematically profiled for genetic mutations prior long-term assessment of patient response chemotherapy and/or targeted therapy. We leveraged the real-world clinical-genomic data dogs FidoCure® platform, next-generation sequencing (NGS) screen...

We report the complete genome sequence of M013, a representative strain pvl-positive, type 59-staphylococcal cassette chromosome mec V (ST59-SCCmec V) community-associated methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (CA-MRSA) clone in Taiwan. Comparison M013 with genomes two CA-MRSA strains United States revealed major differences regions covering several genomic islands and prophages.

A novel reconfigurable true-time delay feed for phased-array antennas working from X to Q (8-50GHz) frequency bands is presented. The optical feed, employing monolithic integration of polymer waveguide lines and polymeric switches, has great advantages in providing power efficient, lightweight, small size features. Optical switch technique provides large selections enabling the module operate ultra-broad radar bands. Polymer waveguides with propagation loss less than 0.9dB/cm were achieved...

This paper addresses the problem of visualizing 3-D scalar data, initially represented as an ordered set digital images stacked parallel to each other. An observer's ability perceive geometry structures in these data fields depends on methods reconstructing and displaying representations. We describe three computer-based visualization that share common goal interior we present results applying a fluid-flow data. Interactive peeling smooth opaque contour surfaces is best methods: it gives...

In this paper, we present a loss compensated photonic true-time delay module, employing erbium-amplified polymer waveguide (EAPW). The reconfigurable TTD line incorporates optical switches and fixed length waveguides, to provide numerous time delays with minimum hardware. passive properties are simulated the active measured. A 0.5 dB gain was measured from 2 cm device when pumped 75 mW.

Abstract The widespread application of Poly-ADP ribose polymerase (PARP) inhibitors in anti-cancer therapy is constantly increasing their role as a treatment strategy across various neoplasms, the majority which are linked with BRCA deficiency. While most significant advantages observed cancers BRCA1/2 mutations, it evident that benefits extend beyond this specific group. Preclinical evidence encourages exploration PARP neoplasms demonstrating BRCAness or homologous recombination deficiency...
