Non-surgical periodontal therapy on serum and gingival crevicular fluid levels of omentin among periodontitis subjects with without Rheumatoid Arthritis is interest. Hence, 33 patients were selected divided into three groups: P group, RA group RA+P group. Periodontal parameters recorded; samples obtained to evaluate Omentin levels. All them showed non-surgical recalled after 6 weeks. The mean change in from T0 T1 was statistically significant but not for considering it as an anti-inflammatory marker.
