Al-doped ZnO thin films have been prepared by the sol-gel technique, on slide-glass substrates. Al(NO 3 ) ·9H 2 O was used as aluminum source and doping range 0.001-20 at %. The effect of Al concentration in solution microstructure is presented. transmittance spectra, well sheet resistance measurements, show presence electrically-active films.

Abstract Cadmium telluride is an efficient light absorbing material successfully used in solar cell technology. The efficiency of such photovoltaic devices strongly dependent on post‐deposition thermal treatments the presence chlorine. benefits this process layer include removal intragrain defects, grain growth enhancement, and boundaries passivation. absorber chlorination a crucial step for which CdCl 2 most common choice. Its use, however, has been overshadowed by toxicity Cd‐...

ZnO thin films have been obtained by the sol-gel method from a Zn(OOCCH3)2 precursor on soda lime glass and silicon wafer substrates. The films, single dipping procedure, were characterized Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) ultraviolet-visible (UV-vis) spectroscopies, atomic force microscopy, x-ray diffraction ellipsometry measurements. Thermally untreated annealed (100–450 °C) studied in order to analyze influence of temperature formation properties coatings. Remarkably, these results...

The molecular and crystal structure of the complex [MnL(H2O)2]Cl2·4H2O 1 (L = 2,13-dimethyl-3,6,9,12,18-pentaazabicyclo[12.3.1]octadeca-1(18),2,12,14,16-pentaene) have been determined, solid state solution electronic spectra recorded thermogravimetric analysis as well an ESR at different temperatures performed. shows that cation displays a distorted pentagonal-bipyrimidal co-ordinated geometry, with macrocycle in pentagonal plane two water molecules axial positions. From UV/VIS it can be...

New lanthanide complexes with 4,5-bis(diphenyl)phosphoranyl-1,2,3-triazolate (L−), LnL3·nH2O (1− 8) and LnL3(phen)·nH2O (9−16) (Ln = La, Ce, Nd, Sm, Eu, Gd, Tb, Er), have been prepared spectroscopically characterized. The structures of LnL3 · nH2O Sm Gd) were determined by X-ray crystallography. metal centers exhibit a distorted trigonal dodecahedron coordination environment two symmetrically O,O-bidentate ligands one unsymmetrically O,N- ligand attached to the metal; oxygen atoms from...

Sandwich structures were fabricated by a vacuum deposition method using MPc (M = Cu, Zn), with Tetrathiafulvalene (TTF) derivative, and Indium Tin Oxide (ITO) aluminum electrodes. The structure morphology of the deposited films studied IR spectroscopy, scanning electron microscopy (SEM) energy dispersive spectroscopy (EDS). absorption spectra TTF derivative-MPc Zn) thin at room temperature recorded in spectral range 200–1000 nm. optical band gap was determined from (αhν)1/2 vs. hν plot....

Abstract The crystal and molecular structures of both neutral anionic 1‐methyl‐1H‐tetrazole‐5‐thiol, as its potassium(18‐crown‐6) salt, are reported. In the solid state, thiotetrazole adopts a planar, dimeric arrangement, in which two neighboring molecules hydrogen bridged. Each monomeric unit exhibits considerable π electron delocalization over CN 2 S fragment. form displays extensive, but not uniform, within ring, also extends to exocyclic carbon–sulfur bond, structure being best described...
