A novel reconstruction method of nanometer micro-displacement Fabry–Perot (F-P) interference is proposed in this study. Hilbert transforms are performed for F-P fringes, and the obtained signal performs tangent operation with original signal. Issues concerning natural gas pipeline leakage are becoming more prominent than ever because of the continuing expansion networks. Although many scholars have extensively investigated generation and detection methods for acoustic signals, systematic research on characteristics interference signals remains insufficient.
