A new strategy based on polymerization-induced phase separation (PIPS) techniques was proposed for fabricating palladium nanoparticles (PdNPs) captured in a microporous network polymer. Pd(OAc)(2) premixed with monomer having poly(amidoamine)-based dendrimer ligand, and subsequently this thermally polymerized an excess amount of ethylene glycol dimethacrylate under PIPS conditions. In system, the formation PdNPs occurred concurrently polymer synthesis one-pot process, even no additional...

A time economical 60 min total synthesis of (−)-oseltamivir was accomplished in a single reaction vessel over five steps. One the key issues is reduction number steps by eliminating lengthy with substitution rapid epimerization step. catalytic system consisting three reagents, namely, diphenylprolinol silyl ether, thiourea, and acid, developed for asymmetric Michael excellent diastereo- enantioselectivities. All reactions were optimized terms not only yield selectivity but also time.

Various supramolecular nanotubes have recently been built up by lipids, peptides, and other organic molecules. Major light-harvesting (LH) antenna systems in a filamentous anoxygenic phototroph, Chloroflexus (Cfl.) aurantiacus, are called chlorosomes contain photofunctional single-wall with approximately 5 nm their diameter. Chlorosomal of Cfl. aurantiacus constructed large amount bacteriochlorophyll(BChl)-c Such pigment self-assembles chlorosome without any assistance from the which is...

A continuous-flow synthesis of (–)-oseltamivir composed five flow units was accomplished. In each unit, the following reactions proceed efficiently: (1) a diphenylprolinol silyl ether mediated Michael reaction, (2) domino reaction and intermolecular Horner–Wadsworth–Emmons reactions, (3) protonation, (4) epimerization, (5) reduction nitro group to an amine. (–)-Oseltamivir obtained in 13% total yield through single with residence time 310 minutes.

This paper reports on fabrication of water-compatible palladium nanoparticle (PdNP) catalysts supported microporous polymers, which show high activity and extremely low Pd leaching behaviour in the usage for carbon cross-coupling reactions. The PdNP were fabricated by utilizing polymerization-induced phase separation (PIPS) method. An outstanding point present study is to use a small molecule ligand monomer (D-m) based N,N-dimethyl ethylenediamine, instead PAMAM dendrimer-based used...

In this study, we used PAMAM dendrimers (G1−G4) as stationary phases to deposit porphyrin-intercalated DNA onto ITO electrodes. The surface density of the external amino moieties dendrimers, i.e., cationic charge on surface, increased with each generation, and correspondingly coverage porphyrin (1) units through electrostatic interactions intercalation. resulting dendrimer−DNA−1 membranes were sufficiently stable that they did not peel off electrodes generated photocurrent waves in response...

A variety of N-containing heteroarenes were site-selectively introduced at the C31-position a chlorophyll-a derivative possessing 3-vinyl group through C-N+ bond via oxidative reactions using iodine in presence silver(i) salt. Electron-rich N-heteroarenes effectively substituted, while electron-withdrawing or bulky nitrogen-neighboring substituents suppressed reactivities. The cationic products formed characterized by 1D/2D NMR, and their optical properties also investigated.
