Abstract Polylactide (PLA) composites with various talc content were prepared by melt extrusion. In this work, fumed silica was compounded with silicone rubber and processed under two different extraction conditions to quantitatively analyze bound for studying filler–rubber interaction. A series of the thermal conductive polyamide 66 (PA66) composites were prepared by two methods, including extrusion method (EM) and solution (SM).
