Automation technology is one of the organization's assets and has been used to improve productivity reduce fatigue level employees. Besides that, automation helpful help industry workers boost their productivity. The objective study was identify all 4 factors that impact effectiveness aromatic chemical on It consists batch production, production dose, volume in kilograms, total labour time. Action research assess differences benefits using over manual performance. This uses data collection...
Abstract Linear and nonlinear viscoelastic properties for binary blends composed of isotactic polypropylene polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) are studied. It is found that blending a small amount PTFE greatly enhances the storage modulus in low frequency region. Further, drawdown force normal stress difference increase with content. Electron microscope observation reveals deforms into fine fibers whose diameter smaller than 0.5 μm. The network structure responsible marked elastic properties. ©...
Abstract A new technique to provide melt elasticity using flexible fine fibers prepared from a polymer with high melting point is demonstrated. composite of poly(propylene) small amount poly(butylene terephthalate) shows marked strain‐hardening behavior in elongational viscosity, i.e., rapid increase the transient viscosity time or strain. The blend also prominent normal stress difference at steady shear. These elastic properties have not been observed for composites rigid and can be...
Accuracy of machined component is one the challenging tasks for manufacturer. In aerospace industry, machining process widely used fabrication unitized-monolithic that contains a thin-walled structure. During machining, cutting forces cause deflection to thin-wall section, leading dimensional form errors finished part be out specification or failure. Most existing research only concentrated on planning and effects cutter geometric feature often neglected. Tool has direct influence...
Morphology development of polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) caused by applied flow history in molten isotactic polypropylene (PP) is investigated, employing a cone-and-plate rheometer and capillary as mixing devices. Since the at 190 °C, PTFE solid state whereas PP state. It found that primary particles tend to be agglomerated together mechanical interlocking. Then they are fragmented into fibers hydrodynamic force with reorganization process crystalline phase. The diameter same original...
Polyetheretherketones (PEEK) have been increasingly employed as biomaterials for trauma, orthopedic, and spinal implants. These implants are commonly fabricated by extrusion injection molding, this fact, additional machining operations required. Surface roughness is a vital factor medical since the cells of surrounding tissue interact with underlying substrate on micro nanometer scales. For some application, such self-mating articulation cervical disc smooth surface finish critical so to...
Synopsis Fibrous composite materials utilizing ceramic fibres and inorganic cements offer a potential source of new lightweight, strong durable materials. Commercial glass now available are not in an alkaline medium the kind present most hydrating cements; alkali-resistant has been developed at Building Research Station to surmount this difficulty. Because renewed interest subject, provide yardstick for effectiveness glass, composites made with commercially various binders were studied find...

Rheological properties of polymer composites with flexible fine fibers are studied employing poly(lactic acid) PLA containing a small amount polymeric poly(tetrafluoroethylene) PTFE, poly(butylene terephthalate) PBT, and poly(4-methyl-1-pentene) PMP. Both PBT PMP prepared by hot-stretching the blends PLA, whereas PTFE obtained simple mixing powder at temperature between Tm's both polymers. The whose diameters smaller than 1 µm show marked strain-hardening behavior in elongational viscosity,...
Metal matrix composite (MMC) is a combination of two or more materials in metal matrix, and being widely used nowadays due to its excellent properties. This paper presents the surface integrity LM6 aluminum MMC when machined with different cutting tools; high speed steel (HSS) uncoated carbide. The experiments were carried out constant speed, feed rate axial depth cut, but differ radial cut under dry conditions. Results indicated that machining carbide tools provides lower roughness fine...

Laser micromachining is currently used in the MEMS production to replace traditional etching process which consumes longer time complete. The objective of this study investigate drilling capability industrial CO2 laser processing silicon wafer. In work, holes were drilled on P-type wafer with thickness 525 μm. Geometrical characteristic produce, diameter entrance that depends parameter investigated and analyzed. Analysis Variance (ANOVA) was analyze result generated an appropriate model for...

Abstract Rheological responses in capillary flow extrusion for syndiotactic polypropylene (sPP) are studied along with the linear viscoelastic properties. It is found that sPP produced by a metallocene catalyst shows high level of onset shear stress instability as compared conventional isotactic polypropylene. This should enable operation processing at output rates. © 2009 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Adv Polym Techn 28:185–191, 2009; Published online InterScience ( www.interscience.wiley.com )....
