Ceramics-based capacitors with excellent energy storage characteristics, fast charging/discharge rate, and high efficiency have received significant attention. In this work, [Formula: see text][Formula: text]NbO 3 (NBN) ceramics were processed through solid-state sintering route. The investigated crystallized in a single perovskite phase. Dense microstructure, small average grain size ([Formula: text]0.92 text]m) is obtained for the ceramics. A dielectric constant text]1000 accompanied by...
Abstract Carbon dots are regarded as a brand new class of nanostructures in the carbonaceous family that have piqued curiosity researchers wide range bio applications. This work focuses on synthesis and characterization carbon dots, well their latent fingerprint detection antibacterial/antifungal capabilities. Highly luminous were prepared by optimizing simple hydrothermal carbonization settings at 180 °C for 12 h using lemon juice raw precursor. The resulting product was examined Fourier...
In this study, activated carbons (ACs) were produced from coal using potassium hydroxide as a chemical-activating agent. The preparation procedure composed of KOH impregnation followed by activation at 700°C–900°C under the nitrogen atmosphere for time duration 1 h. effects various temperatures and to ratios on porous structure products examined. resulted ACs also characterized techniques such Brunauer-Emmett-Teller (BET) analysis, Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), scanning...
Rice husk (RH)-based activated carbons (ACs) were successfully manufactured and used as an adsorbent for the removal of methylene blue (MB) dye from polluted water. ACs created by impregnating RH char with sodium hydroxide then activating it 1 h in a nitrogen environment at various activation temperatures. The characteristics obtained confirmed using Brunauer-Emmett-Teller analysis, scanning electron microscopy, X-ray diffraction Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy. prepared ACs' pore...
Powdered Saccharum arundinaceum leaves (PSAL) are an agricultural waste and abundantly available for use as a versatile, low-cost biosorbent removal of dyes from wastewater in manufacturing, printing, textile industries. In this study, the equilibrium adsorption kinetics methylene blue (MB) with PSAL were studied by performing batch experiments. The effects MB dye concentration, contact time, temperature, pH, adsorbent dose investigated. was enhanced alkaline media (pH 10). Langmuir isotherm...
Abstract In the present study, Sr 0.7 Bi 0.2 TiO 3 is mixed with [(K 0.5 )(Mg 1/3 Nb 2/3 )O ] to form a solid solution of [(1 − x )SBT– (KB)(MNb), = 0.02, 0.04, 0.06, 0.1]. From XRD results, it indicated that KB main substituent for SBT ceramic at A‐site. The breakdown strength (BDS) gradually increases an increase in doping content and achieves high value 280 kV/cm 0.06. addition, 0.94SBT–0.06(KB)(MNb) shows excellent temperature stability (−55 140°C), recoverable energy density ( W d )—2.6...
This study describes a novel eco-friendly method for the synthesis of rGo/ZnFe2O4. The synthesized material has been applied as an adsorbent and photo-catalyst removal methylene blue from aqueous solution. Graphene oxide was used precursor, FeCl3·6H2O ZnSO4 have anchored onto its framework through in situ reaction using ethanol green solvent at 40 °C. rGo/ZnFe2O4 confirmed x-ray diffraction Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy. Scanning electron microscopy (SEM) tunneling (TEM) revealed...
Zinc oxide nanoparticles (ZnO NPs) are highly important due to their high photocatalytic and antibacterial activities. ZnO NPs used as agents because they have significant properties, inexpensive, easy synthesize, surface area-to-volume ratio, non-toxic human cells, making them effective safe for medicinal applications. This study also concentrates on the preparation characterization of A simple chemical process was performed synthesize from an aqueous solution zinc salt (zinc chloride)...
