In this paper, we study the minimum feedback rate of time-correlated MIMO block-fading channels when water-filling precoder is applied at transmitter side. Unlike previous work, impact both channel estimation errors and quantization distortion taken into account. With backward-channel transmission constraint, in periodic system, further analyze relations between ergodic capacity cycles. We found that there exists an optimal cycle terms given constraint.
