Kounis syndrome is defined as the coincidental occurrence of allergic reaction and acute coronary secondary to vasospasm. Anti-inflammatory drugs are included one multiple causes. Current data available about this come from case reports. We present a patient who suffered with cardiogenic shock asystole after intravenous infusion Metamizole, in which no lesions were observed coronariography.
