The low-lying, low-spin levels of $^{76}\mathrm{Ge}$ were studied with the $(n,{n}^{\ensuremath{'}}\ensuremath{\gamma})$ reaction. Gamma-ray excitation function measurements performed at incident neutron energies from 1.6 to 3.7 MeV, and $\ensuremath{\gamma}$-ray angular distributions measured 3.0 3.5 MeV. From these measurements, level spins, lifetimes, intensities, multipole mixing ratios determined. No evidence for a number previously placed was found. Below 3.3 many new identified,...

The lifetime of the ${2}_{1}^{+}$ state at 1256.7 keV in $^{112}\mathrm{Sn}$ has been determined using ($n$,${n}^{'}\ensuremath{\gamma}$) reaction. Angular distribution measurements were carried out a neutron energy 1.7 MeV, above threshold and below that second excited level. Through Doppler-shift attenuation method, is as ${750}_{\ensuremath{-}90}^{+125}$ fs, which gives $B(E2;{2}_{1}^{+}\ensuremath{\rightarrow}{0}_{1}^{+})$ value ${10.9}_{\ensuremath{-}1.6}^{+1.5}$ W.u. Excited states in $^{106}\mathrm{Pd}$ were studied with the $(n,{n}^{\ensuremath{'}}\ensuremath{\gamma})$ reaction, and comprehensive information for excitations spin $\ensuremath{\le}6\phantom{\rule{0.16em}{0ex}}\ensuremath{\hbar}$ was obtained. Through Doppler-shift attenuation method, lifetime of ${2}_{1}^{+}$ state in $^{58}\mathrm{Ni}$ is determined as $\ensuremath{\tau}=1.{00}_{\ensuremath{-}0.10}^{+0.15}$ ps, which yields a $B(E2;{2}_{1}^{+}\ensuremath{\rightarrow}{0}_{1}^{+})$ value $9.{4}_{\ensuremath{-}1.2}^{+1.0}$ W.u. From previous this work, average...
Low-lying multiphonon states in $^{136}\mathrm{Ba}$ have been populated with the inelastic neutron scattering reaction. Excitation functions were performed at energies from 2.2 to 3.9 MeV, and $\ensuremath{\gamma}$-ray angular distributions measured 2.5, 3.0, 3.5 MeV. The low-lying, low-spin levels of $^{76}\mathrm{Se}$ were studied with the $(n,{n}^{\ensuremath{'}}\ensuremath{\gamma})$ reaction. Gamma-ray excitation function measurements performed at incident neutron energies from 2.0 to 3.5 MeV, and $\ensuremath{\gamma}$-ray angular distributions measured 2.4, 3.0, 3.7 MeV. From these measurements, level spins, lifetimes, branching ratios, multipole mixing ratios determined. We established ${0}_{2}^{+}$ band, which supports shape coexistence in...
