본 논문은 도시철도역사 내 전력부하를 전력계통의 변동성과 불확실성을 완화할 수 있는 자원으로 각광받고 유연수요반응자원으로의 활용 가능성 여부를 판단하였다. 그리고 이 가능한 용량과 지속시간을 분석하는 연구를 진행하였다. 이를 위해 기존 수요반응자원과 다른 유연수요반응자원의 특징을 기술하였고, 전력 부하 중 유연수요반응자원으로 활용가능한 자원들을 분류하였다. 자원들의 분류는 전력부하는 도시철도 관계자의 인터뷰를 바탕으로 수행되었다. 전체 전력부하 부하의 증감이 자유로운 부하들이 차지하는 비중을 분석하였고, 수분 단위로 표현되는 가능량과 분석하기 부하패턴을 사용하여 분석하였다. 이러한 분석결과를 분석 방안을 제안하고자 한다.

최근 고령화 시대의 학령인구 감소, 4차 산업혁명 등 사회적 환경의 급속한 변화에 따라 대학 고유의 경쟁력 확보에 대한 필요성이 대두되고 있으며, 대학의 교육체계 및 교육의 질적 개선에 요구가 크게 증가하고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 교수의 교육경력이나 직급에 적절한 교수역량을 개발시킬 수 있도록 생애주기 맞춤형 교수지원 프로그램의 체계적인 지원방안을 모색하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 연구에서는 기본역량과 강의역량으로 구분하고 17개의 세부 역량을 정의하였으며, 계층화분석법을 적용하여 교수역량의 상대적 중요도를 평가하였다. 또한 직급별 심층 서면 인터뷰를 통해 교수역량에 현재의 요구도를 분석하였으며, 종합하여 로드맵을 도출하였다. 연구가 제시한 교수역량 도출, 중요도 요구도 분석, 로드맵 구축의 전 과정은 혁신적 교수전략 마련을 유용한 정보로 활용될 있을 것이다.
