Integrating coastal vegetation into sea dikes is a nature-based approach aimed at combining disaster prevention with ecological sustainability in areas. This study investigates the impact of on wave run-up through numerical analysis. The model used solves Reynolds-averaged Navier–Stokes equations by adding resistance force to account for momentum loss. A stabilized k–ω shear stress transport considering effect was adopted turbulence closure. series simulations carried out (Ru) dikes,...

Compared with that of standard dark matter halos, the density profile recently proposed new kind structure named ultracompact minihalos (UCMHs) is steeper and its formation time earlier. If composed weakly interactive massive particles (WIMP), potential signals, e.g. neutrinos, from UCMHs due to annihilation would be detected by IceCube/DeepCore or other detectors such signals have a very useful complementarity gamma rays observations. On hand, related primordial curvature perturbations on...

The ultracompact minihalos could be formed during the earlier epoch of universe. dark matter annihilation within them is very strong due to steep density profile, $\rho \sim r^{-2.25}$. high energy electrons and positrons from can inverse Compton scatter (ICS) with background photons, such as CMB acquire higher energy. On other hand, synchrotron radiation also produced when they meet magnetic field. In this paper, we study signals UCMHs for radio, X-ray $\gamma$-ray band. We found that radio...

Ultracompact minihalos would be formed if there are larger density perturbations (0.0003 < δρ/ρ 0.3) in the earlier epoch. Their profile is steeper than standard dark-matter halos. If dark matter can annihilate or decay into particles, e.g., photons, these objects potential astrophysical sources. In order to consistent with observations, as those from Fermi, abundance of ultracompact must constrained. On other hand, formation has very tight relation primordial curvature on smaller scale, so...

In this paper, we give some rigidity results for both harmonic and pseudoharmonic maps from pseudo-Hermitian manifolds into Riemannian or Kähler manifolds. Some foliated results, pluriharmonicity Siu–Sampson type are established maps.

We prove several Liouville theorems for F-harmonic maps from some complete Riemannian manifolds by assuming conditions on the Hessian of distance function, degrees F(t) and asymptotic behavior map at infinity. In particular, results can be applied to pinched manifolds, deduce a Bernstein type result an entire minimal graph.

In this paper we generalize the flux ratio method Bailey et al. With these relations, new is proposed constrain host galaxy extinction SN Ia its distance. It first applied low redshift supernovas then high ones. The results indicate that can indeed give well constraint parameter E(B-V), weaker constraints R_{V}....

Based on the consideration that effective Hamiltonian matrix determining zero field splitting parameter a of S-state ion in cubic crystal possesses same property with spin matrix, simple relation between aand non-diagonal elemente C L-S representa-tion was derived as a=2/51/2C.As an example, value Mn2+ CaO crystalwas calculated by using this relation, and result agrees well experimental value.
