Abstract Wnt-induced β-catenin-mediated transcription is a driving force for stem cell self-renewal during adult tissue homeostasis. Enhanced Wnt receptor expression due to mutational inactivation of the ubiquitin ligases RNF43 / ZNRF3 recently emerged as leading cause cancer development. Consequently, targeting canonical receptors such LRP5/6 holds great promise treatment subsets. Here, we employ CIS display technology identify single-domain antibody fragments (VHH) that bind LRP6 P3E3P4E4...
Abstract Myelin basic protein (MBP)‐reactive T cells have been implicated in the autoimmune pathogenesis of multiple sclerosis (MS). In this study, we examined cytokine profile 531 primary MBP‐reactive T‐cell lines and 72 independently established clones from 32 patients with MS 18 healthy controls (NS) by using highly sensitive enzyme‐linked immunosorbent assays. An increased number producing interferon‐γ (IFNγ) and/or interleukin‐4 (IL‐4) response to MBP were found compared controls. No...
