A new method for implementing the wide band bandpass filter utilizing low-temperature co-fired ceramic(LTCC) multilayered technology has been proposed. By using optimum semi-lumped highpass structure, an ultra-wideband(UWB) with operation frequency from 3.1 GHz to 11.5 is realized.
