Case: We present the case of a 15-year-old adolescent boy with recurrent metastatic osteosarcoma to ilium and describe surgical technique iliac wing wide resection allograft reconstruction using custom 3D-printed cutting guide that accounts for complex anatomy by enabling nonlinear osteotomies.
