Synchronous tumors of the female genital tract are rare and should be differentiated from primary endometrial or ovarian with metastasis as two entities have different therapeutic prognostic implications.

Synchronous ovarian and endometrial tumor is a rare entity. We report case of 38-year woman with an endometrioid variant synchronous primary left carcinoma. Patient underwent total abdominal hysterectomy bilateral salphingo-oophorectomy lymphadenectomy disease free till 9 months.
