The Middle East and North Africa (MENA) countries share a common context of critical ecological issues trans border conflicts that threaten the quality life long-term stability region. lack water arable land in particular has been significant aspect region's history, but more recent times, these pressures have grown correlation with development patterns. Previous studies this regard based on MENA data failed to capture holistic impact environmental risk factors health outcomes. This study...
This study characterized the link between urbanization, digital system adoption, and environmental integration among Euro-Mediterranean countries. Environmental proxied by load capacity factor was found to be decreasing with increased systems adoption. While decreased GDP, it GDP 2 . The provided evidence invalidating Green IT theory, while supporting curve hypothesis for region.
This study examines the influence of economic policy uncertainty as well strength institutions and sustainable policies on renewable energy adoption in Nigeria. Findings reveal heterogeneous effects short-term adoption. However, strong are revealed to consistently promote use across spectrum, same size. Again, multinational corporations exert limited but positive impact transition.
Abstract This study estimates the Nigerian import demand function with view to finding degree of responsiveness imports domestic product prices while controlling for exchange rate (EXR), gross and foreign reserves. To refine inference about stationarity in presence structural breaks, employed Lee Strazicich Zivot‐Andrews tests, which all confirmed that series are integrated order one. Both ARDL bound testing cointegration Johansen approach long‐run relationship among variables. From...
<title>Abstract</title> This study examines the influence of economic policy uncertainty as well strength institutions and sustainable policies on renewable energy adoption in Nigeria. Findings reveal heterogeneous effects short-term adoption. However, strong are revealed to consistently promote use across spectrum, same size. Again, multinational corporations exert limited but positive impact transition.
This study investigates the effect of public health expenditure and ever‐depreciating exchange rate on household while controlling for gross domestic product per capita consumer price index. We determined stationarity properties series using Lee Strazicich, Economic Bulletin, 2013, 33, 2483–2492 Augmented Dickey Fuller test to confirm that none variables was integrated at an order higher than one. The ARDL bound cointegration Johansen procedure both confirmed existence long‐run relationship...
The goal of reducing and eliminating malaria cases deaths is at the core most national control programs external intervention activities. This study investigates intricate relationship between urbanization, environmental integration, health, with a specific focus on recession hypothesis in Next 11 countries for period 2000 2019. Employing panel CS-ARDL method, long-run estimates reveal compelling insights regarding mortality ecological footprint, government health expenditures. Urbanization...
<title>Abstract</title> This study characterized the link between urbanization, digital system adoption and environmental integration among Euro-Mediterranean countries (from 2000–2019). Environmental proxied by load capacity factor was found to be decreasing with increased systems adoption. While decreased GDP, it however GDP2. The evidence invalidating Green IT proposition while validating curve hypothesis for countries.
Abstract This study investigates to determine whether the sensitivity of import demand negative partial sum processes consumer price index, currency and national income merely mirror elasticities corresponding positive sums these same determinants in Nigeria. The test recently developed nonlinear autoregressive distributed lag model provided strong proof for asymmetry over short- long-run. From long-run non-linear Autoregressive Distributed Lag estimates, was found be positve, inelastic...
