In this research, the development of a `concept-clumping algorithm' designed to improve clustering technical concepts is demonstrated . The algorithm developed first identifies list technically relevant noun phrases from cleaned extracted and then applies rule-based for identifying synonymous terms based on shared words in each term. An assessment found that has an 89—91% precision rate, was successful moving important higher term frequency list, improved specificity clusters.

This article focuses on the issue of data mining as it relates to consumer and whether consumer's private information has any proprietary status. A brief review is provided a background for better understanding purposes uses mining. Also examined are several issues ethics mining, including stakeholders, who they which may be most seriously affected by unethical practices. Several suggestions improvement further presented: that would allow beneficial both business community consumer.

Ship design is a complex engineering activity which requires multidisciplinary consideration in arriving at objectives and constraints. An optimal of such problems require multi-objective optimization method that capable finding multiple trade-off solutions, not only to choose preferred solution for implementation, but also have deeper understanding the interactions among variables. In this paper, we consider two ship models involving uncertainties variables, demonstrate usefulness an...

The news, popular culture, and legislatures are concerned with the recent reemergence of artificial intelligence (AI) technology. Some fear is fueled by terminology including intelligence, machine learning, deep superintelligence that have specific meaning within technology community, but can be misunderstood general public or other fields inquiry. Because this, fears not well linked to what actually does. type AI such as neural networks decision trees does little clarify conversation....
