Three new species of Marsdenia (Apocynaceae) are described from Brazil: M. paganuccii, known two disjunct populations, one in the Caatinga Bahia and other Atlantic Forest Espírito Santo; paraibana, restricted to Restinga Cabedelo National Paraíba; trisegmentata, populations Caatinga, Ceará.
