The textural and structural properties of high specific surface area (HS) CexZr1-xO2 mixed oxides (CeZrMO) their modification upon thermal aging have been investigated. Results from BET determination complete porosity analysis, as well high-resolution electron microscopy, XRD, Raman FTIR spectroscopies are presented. Some relationships between the molar composition binary systems In addition, it has possible to propose an explanation for features (solid-solution structures phase segregation)...
In California, the majority of students color who enter postsecondary education do so in community colleges. However large numbers them leave and not transfer to four-year institutions; particular highly selective public colleges universities. By using theoretical perspective critical race theory, can be seen as a dual commitment between both sending receiving institution we put forth conceptual framework "transfer receptive culture." We define culture an institutional by college or...

Abstract Living on the edge : Three‐dimensional reconstructions from electron tomography data recorded Au/Ce 0.50 Tb 0.12 Zr 0.38 O 2−x catalysts show that gold nanoparticles (see picture; yellow) are preferentially located stepped facets and nanocrystal boundaries. An epitaxial relationship between metal support plays a key role in structural stabilization of nanoparticles. magnified image
High-resolution electron microscopy (HREM), combined with digital image processing and computer simulation techniques, has been used to carry out a microstructural characterization of some Rh/TiO2 catalysts reduced at 473, 773 or 823 K. A sample resulting from the reduction catalyst K, reoxidized flowing O2 673 K finally 473 was also investigated. In contrast earlier literature reports, HREM images recorded here suggest existence definite structural relationships between both rutile anatase...
By impregnating γ-Al2O3 with cerium/zirconium citrate solutions and subsequent calcination, nanostructured CemZr1−mO2 mixed oxides supported on Al2O3 are obtained, which feature remarkably high oxygen storage even after calcination at 1100 °C for 24 h.
