Abstract In this paper, a multiple input output antenna which operates at 5.8 GHz for wireless local area network applications is proposed. The proposed composed of two sets four elements array (2 × 2) on the top and novel metamaterial structure ground plane. Here, plane, includes lattice 2 5 unit cells structure, utilized in order to improve parameters antenna. Thanks not only gain bandwidth are enhanced, but also mutual coupling reduced. final design, with an overall size 137 77 3.048 mm 3...

Abstract Optimization algorithms (OAs) are a vital tool to deal with complex problems, and the improvement of OA is inseparable from practical strategies mechanisms. Among OAs, Bee Algorithm (BA) an intelligent algorithm simple mechanism easy implementation, in which effectiveness has been proven when handling optimization problems. Nevertheless, BA still some fundamental drawbacks, can hinder its accuracy. Therefore, this paper proposes novel approach tackle shortcomings by combining it...

A concept of a planar vector magnetic sensor comprising in-plane tunnel magnetoresistive (TMR) sensors and an active flux-guide (AFG) was introduced in this work. The AFG redirected the flux at high-frequency benefiting vertical detection capability lessening noise TMR low-frequency measurement. sensitivity 19.5 V/T almost similar 19.2 V/T. In addition, 1-Hz field suppressed from 6 nT/sqrt-Hz down to 0.4 nT/sqrt-Hz. bending effect also verified by angular measurements with deflected angle...

A novel compact antenna with characteristics of broadband and high gain is proposed in this paper. The comprises 1 × 2 elements that are connected together by a balance power divider. To create new shape, the combination dipole patch shapes acts as monopole. As result, impedance bandwidth enhanced. Additionally, improved using an artificial magnetic conductor (AMC) surface. prototype, overall size 0.66 λ0 x 0.79 0.11 (λ0 wavelength free space at lowest operating frequency 2.63 GHz) has −10...

Transthyretin amyloidosis (ATTR) is a slowly progressive condition characterised by the abnormal accumulation of protein called amyloid in body’s organs and tissues. There are three main subtypes (AL), including primary or AL, secondary AA hereditary familial AL. Hereditary which less common, caused an autosomal-dominant mutation, most frequently transthyretin (TTR) gene, has more favourable prognosis. We report case 51-year-old Vietnamese male who presented with severe dizziness, fainting...

Bayesian networks have been used as a mechanism to represent the joint distribution of multiple random variables in flexible yet interpretable manner. One major challenge learning structure network is how model which include mixture continuous and discrete variables, known hybrid networks. Abstract Parkinson’s disease (PD) is the second most common neurodegenerative disorder, affecting millions each year. Most PD cases (∼90%) are sporadic, resulting from age-dependent accumulation of pathogenic effects. One key pathological hallmark progression alpha-synuclein (α-syn), which has been shown to negatively affect neuronal function and viability. Here, using 3- 6-month-old Nrf2 +/+ -/- mice overexpressing human α-syn (PD model), we show that loss NRF2 increases markers ferroptosis...
