110 disabled and normal healthy children with the age range from 3 to 14 were examined in this cross sectional study. The average number of decayed tooth found 5.6 deciduous 6.5 mixed dentition children, numbers 3.5 4.0 respectively children. Using the Labor Force Survey 2010 dataset this paper examines gender wage gap in a large sample of urban workers Bangladesh and explore whether varies across distribution. Mincerian OLS regression its Blinder-Oaxaca decomposition results reveal that estimated between men women is 21.2%. Adjusting women’s endowments levels to those increases by 12.1% 8.0% remains unexplained.
