The inherited motor neuron disease spinal muscular atrophy (SMA) is caused by mutation of the telomeric survival 1 (SMN1) gene with retention centromeric SMN2 gene. Stent migration is a rare but significant complication following endovascular procedures. Techniques for managing dislodged stents have included surgical, endovascular, and conservative approaches. This case details patient who had covered stent placed within the left renal vein which later migrated to pulmonary artery causing damage tricuspid valve. The was successfully removed using percutaneous approach utilizing fluoroscopy transesophageal echocardiogram guidance.
