Stent migration is a rare but significant complication following endovascular procedures. Techniques for managing dislodged stents have included surgical, endovascular, and conservative approaches. This case details patient who had covered stent placed within the left renal vein which later migrated to pulmonary artery causing damage tricuspid valve. The was successfully removed using percutaneous approach utilizing fluoroscopy transesophageal echocardiogram guidance.
