Perpendicularly magnetized τ-MnAl films have been epitaxied on GaAs (001) by molecular-beam epitaxy. Crystalline quality and magnetic properties of the samples were strongly dependent growth temperature. The highest coercivity 10.7 kOe, saturation magnetization 361.4 emu/cm3, perpendicular anisotropy constant 13.65 Merg/cm3, energy product 4.44 MGOe achieved. We report systematic measurements of anomalous Hall effect (AHE) in $\mathrm{M}{\mathrm{n}}_{1.5}\mathrm{Ga}/\mathrm{Ta}$ and $\mathrm{M}{\mathrm{n}}_{1.5}\mathrm{Ga}/\mathrm{Pt}$ bilayers modified by strong spin-orbit coupling (SOC) the heavy metals.
