Information about the cave invertebrates of Georgia, Caucasus, is summarised, resulting in 43 troglo- and stygobiont taxa reported from 64 caves. Faunal surveys were performed in Mtirala National Park (Georgia, Caucasus). Oribatid mites collected from four microhabitats (soil, moss, litter, decaying wood) at 15 locations 250 to 1000m a.s.l.
