The presence of phosphine (PH3) and hydrogen sulfide (H2S) in industrial tail gas results the difficulty secondary utilization. Using waste solid as a wet absorbent to purify H2S PH3 is an attractive strategy with achievement “waste controlled by waste”. In this study, reaction mechanism simultaneously removing modified manganese slag slurry was investigated. Through acid leaching method for raw solid–liquid separation subsequently, liquid-phase part has critical influence on PH3....

Mechanical reliability of flexible amorphous indium-gallium-zinc-oxide (a-IGZO) thin-film transistors (TFTs) is investigated by monitoring the electrical characteristic TFTs before and after dynamic stretch stress up to 300k cycles. With increasing cycles degradation features in a decrease on-state current, an increase off-state but almost no change subthreshold region or threshold voltage. An approximately linear dependence between current force observed, from which critical fracture strain...

Reliability of low-temperature poly-Si TFTs fabricated on flexible substrates is investigated under dynamic mechanical stresses such as bending and stretch. It found that their degradation behaviors are similar, where threshold voltage shifts positively with no changes in the subthreshold behavior channel mobility. The attributed to negative charge trapping induced by stress at channel/gate oxide interface. Besides degradation, failure also observed analyzed.

BACKGROUND Multi-system damage is a hallmark of systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE), chronic autoimmune disease. The typical initial symptoms SLE are arthritis and dermatosis, whereas the presence intracranial mass lesions as first manifestation very rare. This report describes an 18-year-old woman with associated SLE. CASE REPORT An was initially admitted to hospital because headache for 3 days, weakness in left arm, blurred vision 1 day. Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) her brain showed...

Background and aim: Tuberculous meningitis (TBM) cryptococcal (CM) are easily misdiagnosed due to atypical clinical symptoms. It is difficult for physcians achieve a rapid accurate differential diagnosis of TBM in the early stages disease onset. The aim this study was construct diagnostic prediction model CM.Methods: In retrospective study, 194 patients with CM were divided into two groups: training group (163 patients) validation (31 patients). Univariate multivariate analyses performed on...

Objectives: The aim of this study was to construct a diagnostic prediction model for tuberculous meningitis (TBM) and cryptococcal (CM). Methods: In retrospective study, 194 patients with TBM CM were divided into two groups: training group (163 patients) validation (31 patients). Univariate multivariate analyses performed on the patients, factors selected differential TBM, used validation. Results: showed that age, disease course, albumin-to-globulin ratio, cerebrospinal fluid protein, sugar...
