To estimate the prevalence of burnout and level job satisfaction among New Zealand psychiatrists, to ascertain relationships between socio-demographic variables, in target population. In phase one study a postal survey was mailed out every practising psychiatrist on record as well all doctors working psychiatry without specialist qualifications (MOSS). Three questionnaires were used: questionnaire, Maslach Burnout Inventory (MBI) Job Diagnostic Survey (JSS). Regression analysis performed...

Many studies have looked at sources of stress in psychiatrists, yet the role played by different factors causation burnout psychiatrists remains unclear. We had two aims, first, to develop a predictive model for onset burnout. Second, we aimed study differences perception what caused between who rated themselves high on Emotional Exhaustion compared those as low Exhaustion.A previously described questionnaire that identified stressors relevant consultant was mailed out 426 with 240 replies....

A mathematical model for estimating the moisture content in silica‐gel inside a breather of power transformer has been developed. The equations are derived considering possible real‐time operating conditions transformer. These fast rise or decrease oil temperature due to step change electrical loads and cyclic heating cooling natural loading An experimental setup developed monitoring variations concentration an artificially constructed breather. Finally, validation done with experimentally...

Abstract The present paper describes a case of serotonin syndrome (SS), which developed in patient with bipolar affective disorder after the addition olanzapine to her regimen lithium and citalopram. This appears be first report that implicates SS. Clinicians should aware risk SS when adding atypical antipsychotics, such as olanzapine, serotonergic agents.
