전통발효식초의 면역증진 활성을 규명하기 위하여 서로 다른 원재료로부터 제조된 국내외산 6종의 발효식초로부터 다당류를 분리하고 이들의 화학 특성과 활성에 대해 평가하였다. 발효식초 유래 조다당 중에서 국내 현미식초 조다당(KBV-0)과 일본 조다당(JBV-0) 및 감식초 조다당(KPV-0)에서 대비 높은 수율이 얻어졌으며, in vitro 상에서 대식세포를 활성화하여 우수한 interleukin(IL)-6의 생산 유도 보여 고 면역활성 다당으로 선별하고 이후의 실험에 사용하였다. 한편 선별된 3종의 다당 획분 KBV-0, KPV-0 JBV-0는 비특이적 면역계에 있어 중요 역할을 담당하고 있는 보체계에 대하여 모두 농도 의존적으로 항보체 보였지만 KBV-0와 KPV-0의 경우 1,000μg/mL 농도에서 각각 ITCH50 62% 65%의 JBV-0에 비해 나타냈다. 본 연구는 한국의 전통발효식초가 지닌 새로운 생물학적 기능을 규명하기 위해 국내 및 국외에서 제조된 전통발효식초로부터 다당류를 분리하여 면역자극활성을 검토하였다. 국내산 현미식초 조다당(KBV-0), 일본산 조다당(JBV-0) 감식초 조다당(KPV-0)을 구성당 분석한 결과, KBV-0와 JBV-0는 주로 mannan으로 구성되어 있으며, KPV-0는 펙틴 유래 물질로 인한 조성으로 사료되었다. 3종의 다당 시료는 RAW 264.7 세포에 독성을 나타내지 않은 반면, 세포를 자극하여 IL-6, IL-12 TNF-<TEX>${\alpha}$</TEX>와 같은 사이토카인의 생성을 농도 의존적인 경향으로 증진시켰으나, 특히 KPV-0의 활성이 JBV-0보다 더 우수하였다. 또한 대식세포의 포식작용과 관련있는 FcR II의 발현량을 유일하게 증가시켰다. 이상의 결과로부터 전통발효 감식초인 다른 발효식초에 비해 우수한 면역활성을 지니는 것으로 나타났으며, 이는 기능성 소재로의 산업적...

3D 프린터의 증가에 따라 대량 생산이 아닌 소량 제품의 빠른 개발 시간을 고려하여 스캐너의 활용도 점차 증가하고 있다. 생산 트렌드뿐만 아니라 최근 자동차 및 전자부품의 제조업에 있어서도 정밀 부품의 검사, 측정 등의 품질 문제가 중요한 이슈로 떠오르고 스캐너 장비 효율성 인식기술은 지속적으로 향상되었지만, 이에 반해, 이를 준비하는 스프레이 작업은 시간이 많이 걸리고 환경문제가 유발되기 때문에 제조업 제품 개발자들은 자동스프레이 도포 시스템 개발에 대해 요구해 왔다. 본 연구를 통해서 스캔 준비 작업으로 필요한 자동 장비를 개발하였으며, 시 균일하게 미세 분말이 될 수 있도록 파라미터 세팅에 실험적으로 연구하였다. 결과적으로 빠르고 쉬운 장비가 되었고, 활용해서 측정을 위한 기존 대비 1/10수준으로 단축되었다. 또한 다양한 조건에 대한 비교를 통해 최적의 조건을 제시하였다.
