In this work, surface mechanical attrition treatment (SMAT) was employed to rejuvenate ZrCuAlNi bulk metallic glass (BMG) plate. Differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), atomic force microscopy (AFM) and nanoindentation analyses were carried out evaluate stored energy micro-mechanical properties of treated BMGs.
