Perovskite solar cells (PSCs) have emerged as a promising technology for next-generation photovoltaic devices because of their ease fabrication and high power conversion efficiency (PCE). The main obstacle that limits the commercialization large-area PSCs is lack suitable solution-processable low-temperature methods perovskite material's chemical stability. With an increase in active area cell, defect states series resistance device increase, which undesirable. We demonstrated repeatable...

Organometal halide perovskite photovoltaic (PV) cells have achieved power conversion efficiencies (PCEs) comparable to the leading crystalline silicon (c‐Si) PV technology. However, despite their exceptional performance, these solar (PSCs) face technological challenges such as large‐area fabrication complexities and outdoor stability concerns. These need be addressed pave way for commercialization of PSCs. The key commercializing PSCs lies in developing stable, modules that offer both high...

Herein, perovskite solar cells are fabricated and tested in underwater conditions the laboratory. The cell (PSC) shows an efficiency of 14.29% outside water. It demonstrates impressive power density 10.49 11.88 mW cm −2 at a depth 10 seawater deionized (DI) water environment, respectively. Compared with commercial silicon cells, PSCs less affected by level due to their wide bandgap. quantum measurement studies show that is quite unaffected over 400–800 nm wavelength environment. On other...

Abstract Carrier selective contacts (CSC) have the potential to lower cost of photovoltaic (PV) cells. In present work p-Si/TiO 2 heterojunction solar cells been fabricated using titanium dioxide (TiO ) as an electron-selective layer. Thin uniform anatase TiO films deposited a commercially viable spray deposition technique over large area Si substrates. With simple architecture Al (200 nm fingers)/Al (15 thin film)/TiO /c-Si(p)/Ag nm), highest conversion efficiency 1.56% has achieved for...

Organic–inorganic lead halide perovskite is promising photovoltaic energy harvesting material to fabricate high-efficiency solar cells. To enhance the power conversion efficiency (PCE) and stability of fabricated device, a high-quality, pinhole-free, larger grain size film essential. Anti-solvent-assisted crystallization popular technique deposit thin film. With help this technique, layer can be deposited with smooth surface morphology, low defect density, excellent carrier transport....

In last two decades, a significant performance enhancement of beam-splitting hybrid photovoltaic/thermal (PV/T) system (as decoupled system) has been reported. However, present technology level related to nanofluids as beam splitter in such PV/T is limited either laboratory scale prototype testing or simulation work. the work, authors investigated thermal full-scale nanofluid laden spectral splitting under real outdoor condition tropical climate India. The study utilised chemically...

Public interest litigation (PIL) has a vital role in the civil justice system that it could achieve those objectives which hardly be achieved through conventional private litigation.PIL, for instance, offers ladder to disadvantaged sections of society, provides an avenue enforce diffused or collective rights, and enables society not only spread awareness about human rights but also allows them participate government decision making. PIL contribute good governance by keeping accountable. This...
