The Latin American Giant Observatory (LAGO) is an extended cosmic ray observatory composed by a network of water-Cherenkov detectors spanning over different sites located at significantly altitudes (from sea level up to more than $5000$\,m a.s.l.) and latitudes across America, covering huge range geomagnetic rigidity cut-offs atmospheric absorption/reaction levels. This detection designed measure the temporal evolution radiation flux ground with extreme detail. LAGO project mainly oriented...

Water Cherenkov Detectors (WCD) are efficient detectors for detecting GRBs in the 10 GeV - 1 TeV energy range using single particle technique, given their sensitivity to low secondary photons produced by high when cascading atmosphere. The Large Aperture GRB Observatory (LAGO) operates arrays of WCD altitude sites (above 4500 m a.s.l.) Bolivia, Mexico and Venezuela, with planned extension Peru. Details on operation stability these remote background rates particles will be detailed, compared...

We propose the design of a PD position control for one link flexible manipulator. This paper is based in development scheme using theory Lyapunov, where existence, unicity and asymptotic behavior equilibrium point defined inside workspace robot manipulator, furthermore we are presenting detailed mathematical dynamics robot, proved that finding K p...

In order to characterise the behaviour of Water Cherenkov Detectors (WCD) under a sudden increase 1 GeV - TeV background photons from Gamma Ray Burst (GRB), simulations were conducted and compared data acquired by WCD Large Aperture GRB Observatory (LAGO). The LAGO operates arrays at high altitude detect GRBs using single particle technique. sensitivity is derived reported gamma initiated showers in atmosphere response secondaries.

The Large Aperture GRB Observatory (LAGO) is aiming at the detection of high energy (around 100 GeV) component Gamma Ray Bursts, using single particle technique in arrays Water Cherenkov Detectors (WCD) mountain sites (Chacaltaya, Bolivia, 5300 m a.s.l., Pico Espejo, Venezuela, 4750 Sierra Negra, Mexico, 4650 a.s.l). WCD altitude offer a unique possibility detecting low gamma fluxes 10 GeV - 1 TeV range. status and data collected from 2007 to date will be presented.

In this paper we propose an implicit force control scheme for a one-link flexible manipulator that interact with compliant environment. The controller was based in the mathematical model of manipulator, considering dynamics beam and gravitational force. With method, parameters are obtained from structural (link) manipulator. This ensure stability Lyapunov Theory. proposed has two closed loops: inner loop is tracking vibration frequencies compensation outer control. To evaluate performance...
