We report here a rare case of an acute peripheral nerve compression by pseudotumoral calcinosis (PCT) at the right elbow in patient with severe tertiary hyperaparathyroidism. This complication required urgent multidisciplinary management. Surgical decompression PCT resection enabled rapid motor and sensory recovery.

We compared the outcomes of Amandys® implant and four-corner fusion in patients aged over 50 years with grade 3 wrist osteoarthritis a mean follow-up 5 years.
