This study evaluated the antifungal activity of traditional medicinal plants used by agricultural workers to treat onychomycosis. Of all tested plants, methanol leaf extracts Croton tiglium possessed against many isolates. Azulene, 9-Hexadecenoic acid, Octadecane, and 3-ethyl-5-(2-ethylbutyl) were major compounds identified GC-MS/MS. Broad ranges properties C. makes it a potential candidate for treatment onychomycosis without health hazard.

The materials used and the interior environment in mountage system are two important factors that directly influence cocooning process. Considering these factors, a pull strips (PSM) has been designed fabricated using wood, cloth sand mica. Comparative performance PSM of ripen Eri larvae from same crop lot is found to be superior other mountages widely use by farmers. Good cocoon spinning 98% PSM. Flimsy double formation restricted 0.5% only, whereas dead/non-cocooning constitute 1%. 6.5%...

Onychomycosis caused by dematiaceous fungi is rarely reported and the identification also quite tricky due to poor sporulation. Recent emergence of as a major cause onychomycosis matter concern in field mycology. Therefore, this study aimed understand possible onychomycosis, especially among agricultural workers. In addition, evaluation antifungal susceptibility patterns led idea an accurate drug that will help treat prevent resistance.
