Knowledge of the variation crustal thickness is essential in many applications, such as forward dynamic modelling, numerical heat flow calculations, seismologic applications and geohistory reconstructions. We present a 3-D model Moho undulations over entire Tibetan plateau derived from gravity inversion. The field has been obtained by using Gravity Recovery Climate Experiment (GRACE) potential development which integrated with terrestrial data, presently best available studied area. For...

Abstract The determination of the crustal structure is essential in geophysics, as it gives insight into geohistory, tectonic environment, geohazard mitigation, etc. Here we present latest advance on three-dimensional modeling representing Tibetan Mohorovičić discontinuity (topography and ranges) its deformation (fold), revealed by analyzing gravity data from GOCE mission. Our study shows noticeable advances estimated Moho model which superior to results using earlier models prior GOCE....
