Pakistan is among the countries with highest maternal death rates. Obstetric hemorrhage accounts for 41% of these deaths. Uterine rupture a grave obstetric emergency high and neonatal morbidity mortality. It important to identify its frequency associated risk factors formulate programs prevention management.
