Globally, childhood tuberculosis constitutes up to 10% of overall cases. In Nepal, has remained around 5.5% cases and stagnant over the years. Moreover, our health system is focused on adult tuberculosis. Childhood recently got its attention both at national international levels. National Tuberculosis Program been a successful program; however, more be done track progress. this viewpoint, we discuss current initiatives taken by government way forward for case detection management in Nepal.
