Nanium Townes, 1967 is a small New World parasitoid wasp genus in the subfamily Ctenopelmatinae Förster, 1869 (Hymenoptera: Ichneumonidae). Five species are described as new: L. syringe Reshchikov sp. nov., barroni fissus thomsoni and soperi nov. The last two reared from Profenusa (Konow, 1886), an invasive European birch leafmining sawfly found in North America. nasoni Davis, 1897 is synonymized with caudatus (Thomson, 1883); scutellatus (Ashmead, 1890) stat. rev. reestablished a valid species.
