Tumors of the accessory parotid gland are very rare. Surgical removal an tumor is usually accomplished by superficial parotidectomy through external neck incision. However, this procedure inevitably results in a scar. In case, we performed complete excision via endoscopic-assisted transoral approach. Resection such benign tumors can be achieved with less morbidity endoscope-assisted surgery nerve monitoring system. The field will continue to expand technological advancements.
