In this paper, five types of tissues, human enamel, cortical bone, trabecular muscular tissue, and fatty tissue were imaged ex vivo using optical coherence tomography (OCT). The specimens prepared in blocks 5 x 3 mm (width length height). OCT imaging system was a swept source operating at wavelengths ranging between 1250 nm 1360 with an average power 18 mW scan rate 50 to 100 kHz. probe placed on top 2 cm stabilizing device maintain standard distance from the samples.
