This study is aimed to prepare propolis extracts by using two different solvents which are ethanol and water via maceration method evaluate the total phenolic flavonoid components of extract. Optimization extraction process was done sample-to-solvent ratio. The ethanolic were analysed for determination Total Phenolic Content (TPC) Flavonoid (TFC) Folin-Ciocalteu colorimetric Aluminimum chloride method, respectively. Based on ratio, it showed that 1:10 gave highest percentage yield compared...
Direct GC injection of analytes in IL using a PTV injector retained extractant the injector, with quantitatively transferred to column.

In the drug development for Central Nervous System (CNS), discovery of compounds that can pass through brain across Blood-Brain Barrier (BBB) is most challenging assessment. Almost 98% small molecules are unable to permeate BBB, reducing pharmacokinetics drugs in CNS by affecting its absorption, distribution, metabolism, and excretion (ADME) mechanisms. Since often inaccessible many complex procedures performing in-vitro permeability studies thousands be laborious, attempts were made predict...
Plant derived substances and herbal medicines have recently attracted the great interest towards their versatile application, as medicinal plants used in traditional modern medicine. The aim of current study was to investigate antioxidant activity Ziziphus mauritiana leaves extract followed with formulation creams based on ZM methanolic then evaluate physical characteristic stability creams. After obtained by using Soxhlet extraction, assessed for stable 2,2- Diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH)...
