A simple and facile one-pot synthesis of fluorescent carbon dots from orange waste peels was performed using the hydrothermal carbonization method at a mild temperature (180 °C). The chemical composition morphological feature obtained (C-dots) were characterized various spectroscopies transmission electron microscopy. prepared carbons amorphous in nature, clusters polyaromatic hydrocarbons included large quantity oxygen functional groups. composite C-dot with ZnO used as photocatalyst for...
The purpose of this study was to develop and evaluate thermally responsive copolymers, which contain temperature- pH-sensitive segments that are either alternating in or grafted onto the main chain, exploit their temperature-sensitive properties for ophthalmic drug delivery. Accordingly, two types thermoresponsive copolymers-a linear poly(acrylic acid-co-N-isopropylacrylamide) random copolymer (PAAc-co-PNIPAAm) a acid-g-N-isopropylacrylamide) graft (PAAc-g-PNIPAAm)-were investigated...
Granular activated carbon (GAC) materials were prepared via simple gas activation of silkworm cocoons and coated on ZnO nanorods (ZNRs) by the facile hydrothermal method. The present combination GAC ZNRs shows a core-shell structure (where is surface ZNRs) exposed systematic material analysis. as-prepared samples then fabricated as dual-functional sensors and, most fascinatingly, as-fabricated exhibits better UV H2 sensing properties than those GAC. Thus, structure-based sensor fast...
