Since there are few researches on multi-channel surface electromyography (EMG) devices, this paper presents a new design scheme. The system uses highly integrated chips and designs wearable electrode array. Also, the data is transmitted by wireless WiFi with high bandwidth. Scalable modular architecture also applied to make suitable for different scenarios. Through experimental tests, device can work more than 5 hours, effectively collecting EMG signals generated when hand muscles move.
