We report novel theoretical results obtained from combining the method of largest Lyapunov exponent (LLE) with spin-flip model (SFM), including noise, to a vertical-cavity surface emitting laser (VCSEL) subject polarized optical injection. In this paper, we present detailed measurements of the temperature-dependent relaxation oscillation frequency and polarization resolved linewidth enhancement factor (α) a 1550-nm vertical cavity surface emitting laser (VCSEL). We report results of measurements optically modulated optical transmittance GaAs doping superlattices.
