Methylammonium lead bromide is a very perspective hybrid semiconductor material, suitable for high-sensitive, filter-free photodetection of electromagnetic radiation. Herein, we studied the effect electrode spacing on output performance and stability planar-type photodetectors based high-quality MAPbBr3 single crystals. Such crystals, as large 4.5×4.5×1.2 mm3 were synthesized via inverse temperature crystallization method further used fabrication planar Au/MAPbBr3/Au with variable (in range...

Abstract In this study, the optical behavior of lead‐free Bi‐based low‐dimensional perovskite single crystals (Cs 3 Bi 2 Cl 9 , Cs Br I and MA ) is investigated by spectroscopic ellipsometry, supported X‐ray diffraction density functional theory calculations. All materials exhibit a strong excitonic peak resulting from photogenerated electron–hole Coulomb interactions, whereas threshold continuous absorption found at higher energies. The resonances bands, along with exciton binding energies,...

Optoelectronic devices operate under continuous thermal stress that may influence both long-term stability and optical properties of the active material. It is therefore useful to know elastic materials. In general, constants a material be deduced by measurement speed sound in this work, we report on measurements three lead-free halide perovskites, namely inorganic Cs3Bi2I9 hybrid MA3Bi2I9 MA3Sb2I9, means femtosecond transient reflectivity shows oscillations signal intensity are related...

The paper deals with the evaluation of experimental data acquired by method temperature modulated space charge limited currents (TMSCLC) on MAPbBr3 perovskite in dark and under irradiation. It was possible to determine concentration free trapped carriers, microscopic mobility thermodynamic position Fermi level, localized states relaxation times individual processes from measured current-voltage characteristics activation energy current. Using literature valence conduction band, distribution...

This contribution deals with the preparation and electrical characterization of large-area (16 mm×38 mm) electroluminescent panels prepared by depositing halide perovskite thin layers nanoparticles on 3D-printed carbon-polylactic acid (C-PLA) electrode system. Moreover, includes comprehensive analysis current-voltage characteristics both films (MAPbCl3 MAPbBr3), (CsPbCl3 MAPbBr3) deposited via inverse temperature crystallization method (ITC), antisolvent-assisted (ASM). Special attention was...

Energy harvesting is a versatile approach that holds promise for generating clean energy and enhancing the sustainability of infrastructure. Given challenges associated with nuclear waste, such as radiation levels long-term storage requirements, developing suitable materials crucial. These must be capable withstanding harsh conditions present in waste facilities while efficiently capturing converting energy. The objective this work was to study lead halide perovskites ( MAPbCl3 MAPbI3) terms...

Experimental part describes synthesis, structural and optical properties of MAPbBr 3 single crystals electrical characterization the Au/MAPbBr /Au light-sensitive assembly. Its parameters (responsivity, external quantum efficiency specific detectivity) are calculated based on spectral switching (on/off) current responses. The material is further discussed as a detector possible active component for photovoltaic panels.
