A constrained sensor control method is presented for multiobject tracking using labeled multi-Bernoulli filters. The proposed framework based on a novel approximation of the Cauchy-Schwarz divergence between prior and posterior densities, which does not need Monte Carlo sampling random sets in space. void probability functional also formulated distributions used within our to form solution. Numerical studies demonstrate that reasonably acceptable movements are decided controlled by method,...

The probability hypothesis density (PHD) filter is a practical alternative to the optimal Bayesian multi-target based on finite set statistics. This paper presents two extensions implementation nonlinear models in PHD filters, namely extended Kalman (EKF) and unscented (UKF), discusses their advantage disadvantage. simulation scenarios with different target numbers are presented while OSPA distance, clutter parameters execute time comparisons also analyzed as guide for further application research.

In this paper, we present an ontology modeling tool for building Chinese domain ontology, which not only offers automatic acquisition knowledge from multiple dictionaries, but also corresponds with a dictionary-based methodology that combines methontology and throwaway prototype. By using case study of spatial information science modeling, the theoretical method implementation are presented in details. Experience shows dictionaries is feasible merging between can make assistant more effective.

Most of embedded real-time systems only deploy necessary resources so that the extra preemption overheads among tasks debase system performance terribly. Through scheduling process analysis periodic task, this paper presents waiting limit formula each task in ready queue while guarantees its deadline. In addition, some properties such as final preempt time is deduced and condition preemptive behavior quantitatively described. Based on them, a micro model for put forward, which decreases...

This paper presents a novel statistical information fusion method to integrate multiple-view sensor data in multi-object tracking applications. The proposed overcomes the drawbacks of commonly used Generalized Covariance Intersection method, which considers constant weights allocated for sensors. Our is based on enhancing with adaptive that are automatically tuned amount carried by measurements from each sensor. To quantify content, Cauchy-Schwarz divergence used. Another distinguished...

For the last almost three decades, since famous Buchberger-M\"oller(BM) algorithm emerged, there has been wide interest in vanishing ideals of points and associated interpolation polynomials. Our paradigm is based on theory bivariate polynomial cartesian point sets that gives us related degree reducing monomial Newton bases directly. Since are involved computation process as well contained final output BM algorithm, our obviously simplifies accelerates process. The experiments show best...

For the swing problem of ocean buoy under billowy environment, which is hard to obtain clear and stable image, this paper designed a kind PTZ stabilization system platform based on gyroscope electronic compass module. During angle data collection process, we adapt accelerometer trigonometric function method overcome not only low accuracy with single sensor, but also accumulative error large extent. With vertical direction gyroscope, experiment results show that errors proposed are within ±1...

Quantitative analysis of cell dynamic processes through fluorescence microscopy imaging requires simultaneously tracking large and time-varying number bright spots its individual states in noisy image sequences. Such process is characterized as a challenging task due to several roadblocks including the severe noise clutter, occlusion one by others, weak contrast. In this paper, we propose novel ant stochastic searching behavior based algorithm, which called ANT estimator, multiple cells our...
